Returns and Exchanges

Sizing can be tricky! Our sizing chart can be found here. Stereotype Kids is happy to offer free returns and exchanges. All we ask is that you please return all items within 30 days of receiving your order. All items for return and exchange should be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition it was received. Please also keep all hang tags on the garment until you’re confident you want to keep it. 

We can not offer returns/exchanges for garments without the hangtag. Returned items must not only have tags still on but also be returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Not happy with an item after wearing it? We always want to know. Please email us here support@stereotypekids.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Stereotype Kids will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
